Fits great with no room inside play. Feeling great event, do not feel like a fish and he will jump right out of your hand. Easy access to all ports. First piece that protects the screen does not preclude any finger gestures it-so-ever. My OtterBox has already paid for itself, when I had my hands full as I was coming out of the car and I simply forgot it was in my lap … after being hit by the solid cement and the heart started beating again, I made myself to assess the damage. There was nothing! Still works like a charm as it did right out of the box. No cracked screen / glass. OtterBox is not a good sign. OtterBox save the day. I do not want to update it works for Verizon iPhone …. 4 NO new iPhone 4s. As in the case fits the iPhone 4s, Apple has moved the sensor and the phone will display brightness issue. OtterBox for iPhone 4s company has released a new series protector that has a larger opening for the front and rear sensor / camera. It is universal and will work with both iPhone and iPhone 4 4s in all carriers. <-
BORDER -> /> I was specifically looking for Otterbox Defender for iPhone Verizon 4 and have yet to find it locally at any retail store. Since it is directly Otterbox (plus shipping) I waited until Amazon offers universal design. I was puzzled, as another reviewer said it does not fit the Verizon model. I believe that the reviewer ordered it before it is offered as a universal fit the Verizon iPhone. I tried AT & T at Best Buy and you are not able to silence the phone with that model if you have no microscopic fingers. The universal design fits perfectly Verizon phone and I have no problems at all telephone muting. I can not attest to the durability is still as I received it only yesterday, but it is a strong case and screen protection as well. Hope this helps, if you’re looking for a Verizon iPhone case. <-
BORDER -> /> * Updated 11/19/11 First and foremost, if the protection is solid that you are after (and if you’re prone to dropping your phone) you need a hard case for iPhone, because it is made of glass. This is a great functional phone, but if you drop it like it is, you’re done. Many of them have these few cases, leather fashion, but they will not protect against a decline in the phone even if they look cool. Apple and Verizon does not seem to be up front about how the phone is delicate. I researched quite a few times and it kept coming up. Very protective, and it fits perfectly my Verizon phone. Make sure you get universal case for Verizon so that fits. Built in screen protector is crystal clear and does not leave watermarks or streaks as other cases with a built-in screen. Now, some exceptions: First, it is a little tricky to put the issue if you attempt without directions. This is a plastic shell that snaps in and then gets hard rubber wrapped around it. I strongly suggest you use web video link that is printed inside the box. Second, panic at the end of the power jack was a little annoying at first. It took me a while to figure out how to seal it correctly. Finally, this case will turn your phone into a brick. If you want something very few who will keep the aesthetics of the phone, this is not for you, but it’s a trade off you must agree to have hardcore protection. I can fit it in my pocket, but is a project to find it inside and out, and this is a great lint collector. I’m thinking of trying a slimmer case and endangering some protection, because most of it is getting for me. In summary, a great opportunity for strong protection, if you’re willing to sacrifice sleekness and aesthetics. |
